I am the owner of Prosperity Mansion. I take you on your tour and I am here from beginning to end on the day of your wedding. So the buck starts here and ends here !
When I tell you take something will happened it does. There are no middle men ( ladies :)) I am not a chain or a venue that hires others to take care of you. I am honored that you have selected Prosperity Mansion to host one of the most important days of your life and I take that responsibility seriously.
I cannot tell you the numbers of emails , texts and hours that I spend on the phone with brides and their families going through details, answering questions and making suggestions. I encourage my brides to return as often as they like to look at various parts of the venue and/or to bring the photographers, video techs, caterers, florists etc.
I go so far as to meet people here on your behalf and show them around when you cannot come or it's to far. We had a wedding where the bride told me that she woke up and forgot to brush her teeth in all the rush to get out of the door. We went to the store and bought her tooth paste and a tooth brush so that she could brush her teeth before the wedding.
At another wedding the brides family decided to bring their own appetizers to have in the gardens before the reception. When I was checking out that area of the gardens I found that someone had brought trays of food and just left them. They didn't open or display anything. There was no one at that area to assist the guests at all. Not to mention there were no forks or napkins. I went into my home and brought out a table cloth and decorations as well as my own napkins and utensils. I immediately jumped behind the table and began to unwrap and display the food.
My goal was and always will be to make sure that everything goes smoothly and whatever I need to do to make that happen I will. That's just some of the reasons why you want the venue owner to be there when you are having your event. That personal touch and attention to detail can make all the difference in the world. We don't want you to be bothered by anything on your special day. Our goal is that you are here to have fun and fond memories of your wedding day.
