Yes, Summer is a thing of the past and Fall is quickly coming to an end. Typically, that spells the end of weddings season for most wedding venues. But if you are an engaged couple, and looking to get married November through March, check out Prosperity Mansion and Farm, located in the charming county of Frederick Maryland and bordering Carroll County Maryland. We are offering Courthouse style weddings with a Winter, Wonderland feel. Courthouse weddings no longer need to be “AT” the courthouse. Prosperity Mansion and Farm is the place where dreams come true. Follow your heart to our door.
What will I get if I am married at Prosperity Mansion and Farm, a wedding venue, located in Frederick MD
1) A beautiful space designed specifically for weddings.
2) Surrounded by scenic beauty, creating an aura of tranquility.
3)No hustle bustle of unknown people, court cases and such intermingled with your once in a life time special day
4)You may select from 1 to 3 hours to have your event. Check with your local courthouse, as to, how many minutes you are allotted.
5) The Winter Wonderland special allows up to 20 guests. Actual courthouses have far less guests allowed.
6) During our wedding season, May through October, we allow up to 30 guests.
7) All of our courthouse style weddings allow you to bring a wedding cake to cut for photos as well as your guests enjoyment and you may have a champaign toast too.
8) At the Winter Wonderland Courthouse weddings, serving food is permitted, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the celebration even more.
9) FREE private parking
10) One event at a time with no overlapping.
11) Officiant included or you may bring your own
12) Ceremony set with the appropriate amount of seating
13) You may also bring any decorations that will enhance your wedding vision.
14) A private, whimsically, decorated, dressing room for the bride to put on her gown before "walking down the aisle".
15) Up to 4 outdoor areas are available for your ceremony.
16) The Winter Wonderland special includes access to our charming, heated, and decorated cottage as a backup option for your wedding day.
17) The grounds are accessible all year for fantastic photography, weather allowing.
