If your ceremony will take place in Carroll County, here’s what you need to know:
Where to apply: Carroll County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office 55 N. Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157
Fee: $35
Waiting period: License becomes valid at 6:00 a.m. on the second calendar day
Validity: Good for 6 months
Who applies: Only one person needs to appear in person with valid ID
