You will love that Prosperity Mansion & Farm is set on a private estate in the countryside of Frederick Maryland. You will own the venue for that day, so there will be no other people or events but yours. 

Prices vary depending on the day of the week and number of hours. Send us an email with the type of event that interests you and we will follow that up with all the details.Tours are available and are by appointment only. 
For 2 to 200 guests, from 8 to 10 to 12 hours depending on the day of the week etc. Some days offer the day before or after at a discounted price.

• You may bring/hire your own caterer (we have local caterers and bartenders that we recommend)
