Prosperity Mansion and Farm is absolutely the most affordable wedding venue in Frederick County, MD, Carroll County and the surrounding areas. We hope you will compare us with similar venues of the same stature to see that our prices are typically, 30 - 45% less. We offer 3 pricing packages of weddings to suit all budgets.


1) Full day, DREAM weddings-If you do not want to rush through one of the most important days in your life, this is the package for you. Enjoy the full wedding experience. Guests from 20 - 200, 8-10-12 hours.

2) Micro / Small Weddings- Simple and quick without most of the frills- For couples on a budget, vow renewals or couples that simply don't want the frills but still desires a lovely place to share their love story. Guests up to 50, hours 5-6.

3) Courthouse Weddings, Intimate Weddings, Elopement Weddings and Vow Renewals- From 1-2 hours and from 2 to 30 guests including the couple. Have an amazing private ceremony, free onsite parking, champagne toast and or cake cutting for photographic moments and more.
