Yes, we know that times can be difficult for many of us and we are looking for ways to save. How many groceries will $400.00 buy? How much gas can you put into your tank with $400.00? This can cover the bar at your wedding and the list goes on. For the month of September, we will take $400.00 out of our pocket and put it into yours.

For the couple that books their wedding during this month of September, for a date remaining in 2025 or 2026 you will receive a FREE rehearsal. Rehearsals typically take 1 full hour and is valued at $400.00. September will be your lucky month. Your rehearsal will be free for your DREAM wedding at our outdoor / garden wedding venue that is conveniently located in Frederick County Md and borders Carroll co Md.

Here are just a few additional reasons why engaged couples should consider having your wedding day at our whimsical venue that is elegant with rustic touches throughout.

1) Price- we are typically 40% less expensive than most wedding venues of the same stature

2) We offer THREE wedding packages to make us affordable. Full day DREAM weddings, Micro / Small weddings and last but far from least, Courthouse weddings, Intimate weddings, Elopements and Vow Renewals.

3) Take 10% off of any DREAM wedding to be held in July or August. 

4) Enjoy our exclusive entire gaming area for all ages to enjoy, as well as our enchanting bird sanctuary for one-of-a-kind photos. 

5) No Day of Coordinator required- MOST wedding venues now make it MANDATORY that you must hire a "Day of Coordinator or Wedding Planner". This comes at a significant additional cost of $1,500 to $3.000+.  Make sure that you add that into the quote for the cost of the wedding venue. 

6) Restrooms are included- Some wedding venues require that you rent restrooms for your big day. Add $1,500 + to the original quotes for the wedding venue to now include restrooms. Add that too into the quote for renting the venue.

7) Select your own vendors- We do have a preferred vendors list but absolutely allow outside vendors as long as they meet our simple requirements.

8) BYOB- We have two local liquor stores that will deliver anything that you want in coolers iced up and ready to go on your wedding day. They will return after last call and refund you for anything that was unopened. Or you may bring your own.

9) A deposit will secure your date. Or acquire TWO bonus hours if you can pay in full at signing valued at $800.00 for DREAM weddings.

10) Payment plans are available with zero % interest. 

11) No hidden costs- We do charge a nominal fee for the ceremony if you are getting married here. However, make sure you ask the wedding venue if there are any extra fees that are no covered in the initial quote.  I have heard from couples that once they met with a venue for a tour and learned about all the things that cost extra that they could no longer afford them.
