Three Wedding Packages to Choose From Prosperity Mansion and Farm
1) Full day, DREAM weddings- From 20 to 200 guests and 8-10-12 hours. Available May through the first weekend of November
2) Small / Micro Weddings- Up to 50 guests and 5-6 hours. Available May through the first weekend of November
3) Courthouse & Intimate weddings and Elopements- As intimate as just the two of you or up to 30 of your closest friends and family and 1-3 hours. AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND!

Our church is called Grace UCC on 2nd street in downtown, Frederick, MD. We are known as an inclusive church evidenced by the vast majority of our congregation as well as having an openly gay Pastor that is married to his long-term partner Enrique. This is part of our community lifestyle. We have displayed the flag on our website since opening signaling a safe space. Do you offer gender-neutral or private getting-ready suites- Yes, we have two different dressing areas for our couples. One is more formal and the second more rustic. Both are open during your tour.
Is your "Preferred Vendor List" LGBTQ+ friendly- Absolutely, yes. I would never allow anyone to be on my preferred vendors list that is not coming here with an accepting, open heart. As we have mentioned, that is at the core of who we are as human beings.
How do you handle gendered language in your contracts and forms- We are happy to make whatever changes that are applicable.

3) No Day of Coordinator required- MOST wedding venues now make it MANDATORY that you must hire a "Day of Coordinator or Wedding Planner". This comes at a significant additional cost of $1,500 to $3.000+. Make sure that you add that into the quote for the cost of the wedding venue before your tour unless money is of no object. Here, you can enjoy the freedom to plan your special day without that hefty price tag looming over you.
4) Restrooms are included- Some wedding venues require that you rent restrooms for your big day. So, add another $1,500 + to the original quote form the wedding venue. At Prosperity Mansion and Farm, we prioritize your budget and peace of mind by taking care of this essential detail for you.
5) Select your own vendors- We do have a preferred vendors list but absolutely allow outside vendors as long as they meet our simple requirements.
6) BYOB- We have two local liquor stores that will deliver anything that you want in coolers iced up and ready to go on your wedding day. They will return after last call and refund you for anything that was unopened. Or you may bring your own.
7) A deposit will secure your date. However, if you are able to pay in full at signing you will receive two bonus hours on your wedding day, valued at $800.00! The more hours the merrier.
8) Payment plans are available with zero % interest.
9) We host weddings on weekdays and at considerable discount.
10) ) No hidden costs- We do charge a nominal fee for the ceremony if you are getting married here. However, make sure you ask other wedding venues, if there are any extra fees that are not covered in the initial quote. I have heard from couples that once they met with a venue for a tour they sadly learned about all the things that cost extra that they could no longer afford them. That was a big waste of their time and such a letdown.
